f3927e24db Pin a docked ship to its parent before the inactive return; no flight while docked
Docking deactivates the ship, and Entity.Update returned before the parent pin, so a docked ship
kept integrating its own velocity and gravity (Ship.Update) for as long as it sat in the bay, and
undocked wherever it had fallen to at whatever speed it had reached. Drag used to bleed that
off; with no drag below top speed it flung the ship into the void.

cada2fde3e Transfer verb: a pilot gives cargo to a ship alongside, committed through the conserving bay move
TryTransferItem(SimpleCommodity) checks the target can take the part and stores the part removed, not the stack
left behind (it duplicated and lost units on every partial move, the player's commodity buy among them).
TryTransferItems goes. CargoTransfer.Step owns a give's progress and end; PilotCommand.Give and StopGiving are applied
by PilotApplier; TransferRate is the new tunable, DockingDistance the range.

9a2a9390e1 Command seam, agents: one PilotCommand per entity, applied once per step by PilotApplier in Zone.Update
Agent, Flight, Combat, MoveTo and Follow write only Ship.Command. Entities
with no agent apply first, then each agent applies right after it decides.
A pilot reads its own pending designation and aim item back from its command;
FireControl gains Refuses/AgentFires/HitProbability overloads that take them.

174bdaded1 Every reader of an item's quality reads Lot.EffectiveQuality
Price, tier, equipped thermal and durability exponents, wear and the unequipped durability exponent now read the one effective quality; no reader keeps a path to the assembly alone. Tests pin each reader against a lot whose part sits below its assembly. Unverified until the Yggdrasil run.

ac5cbcc51b EW 3 fix: a contact is hostile on the observer's own permission, with tests for trespass through Zone.Update
Entity.IsHostileTo read other.PresencePermitted in its claimed-owner term where the spec and map S2
say the observer's own, so a trespasser never held the owner's patrol hostile. Tests: the trespasser
(player or not) holds the patrol hostile and its guns are not safed, a permitted neutral does not,
a ship tracked in open space turns hostile on entering the Critical area through ticks (pins the
per-tick stance refresh), and a third party does not treat a trespasser as hostile (pins the owner gate).

f6c0d24dba One aim slot holds an item or a mount; the cycle covers every located mount
Entity.AimedAt (AimTarget: a revealed item or a believed mount) replaces
TargetItem. Two writers, TrySelectTargetItem (IsRevealed) and TrySelectMount
(in LayoutOf, not seen destroyed); ResolvedAim re-validates both on every read.
AimCycle is SchematicRows' enemy rows minus mounts in the observer's
seen-destroyed record, written only in Sense through PerceivesDestroyed.
SchematicRows drops its covering filter. IsLocated and AimsAtMount are deleted;
PendingShot.AimedMount and Silhouette's HardpointData mount replace the bool.
The cycle key calls Entity.CycleAim; the schematic marks read ResolvedAim.
Entity.ToString names an entity (follow-up entity-formats-safely).

The slot is AimedAt, not Aim: Entity.Aim is the pilot's pointing direction.

TrySelectTargetItem and ResolvedTargetItem gate on FireControl.IsLocated (an item seen to act, or one on a mount of the

Contact profile; SchematicRows appends a mount row per unclaimed hardpoint. A mount aim centres on the mount's cells and
is frozen per shot (PendingShot.AimAtMount). The cycle runs over located items, the schematic renders mount rows and
marks through SchematicRow.Marks. Not yet built or tested.

2ba41373bd Bearing markers read the observer's live stance; a ship out of the zone holds no warnings
The hostility stamp (Reveal.Hostile, Contact.Hostile) is deleted: the observer knows its own
stance live. The real fault was the IFF override being dropped when its subject departs while
the book still remembers it; the override now goes when the book drops the subject (ReleaseStance),
so RememberedHostiles reads IsHostileTo. A ship removed from the zone clears its paint inbox and
incoming warnings at the owner, so the Parent == null gate in ActionGameManager is deleted.
Tests pin both stance directions after the act, the departed override hostile, the exclusive
memory window at the equality, and the empty inbox. Unbuilt until the verify job; Unity side not compiled.

2ea329e6f1 Remember a hostile's stance with its sighting; pin the lapse, claim and distance rules
RememberedHostiles read the stance the freshest reveal was made under (Reveal.Hostile, surfaced as Contact.Hostile) instead of IsHostileTo now, so a hostile held by the observer's override keeps its marker and the music after it dies or warps, until the bearing lapses. The departure test no longer re-sets the override. New tests: the Detected clause for an in-zone lapsed hostile, position independence for far hostiles on three sides, a within-category lie in ClaimedClasses, and the stale warning of a docked ship. The HUD no longer collects sweeps for a docked ship, and a sweep flash resets the pooled lock indicator's motion.

Untested here: the Unity-side changes (ActionGameManager) have no headless test and no compile has run.

b26fbbaa95 Scanner decays from the zone clock, not tick order; revert the consumable reorder
bdc8f1d0 ran Execute before the always-updated pass in ConsumableItemEffect.Update; that moved StatModifier timing for every consumable (TheOverdriveLocksAndBoosts failed). The scan's decay is now derived from the zone clock since the last held tick (Scanner.Progress, one site), so it is the same on the tick it breaks for an equipment host and a consumable host, and Scanner is no longer an IAlwaysUpdatedBehavior. The pilot-path test attaches a task-less Agent: a patrolling Minion needs zone orbits. bdc8f1d0 does not pass its own suite; this commit is the intended state.

86843648a7 Add the inspection scanner: a held scan on a tracked target reveals all its gear
Scanner (ScannerData, Union 51) builds Progress while the ship's Target is tracked within Range, paints the target (PaintMode.Scan), emits at Range / InterceptFactor and decays in IAlwaysUpdatedBehavior.Update when not held. b6146022e7 EW 2 fix: claims fixtures see live state; hull claim guard both ways; charged multiplier once; stale gear sorts last
- Enemy and own schematic rows, and the rebuild key's Item half, are pinned by fixtures whose live range differs from the rated range and whose guns share a claimed design.
- Entity.Claim refuses a hull class on a non-hull item as it refuses a non-hull class on the hull.
- ChargedWeapon live reads (DamagePerSecond, RangeDamagePerSecond) start from the uncharged damage so the charge multiplier is applied once and a nominal weapon reads its rated figure at every charge.
- RevealedWeapons orders reveals of gear the subject no longer carries after all fitted gear, then by lot.

a weapon claimed as another weapon, a weapon claimed as a non-weapon, own rows, and the rebuild key.

a782c7d5d2 EW 2 fixes: one hull claim slot, explicit tie order, one burst divisor, fixtures that see range and live state
- Entity: delete _hullClaim; the hull's claim is the EquippedHull entry of _itemClaims, so ClaimOf(EquippedHull)
and ClaimedHull read one slot (hull-claim-split). Claim(HullData) writes it; a non-hull claim of the hull throws.
- RevealedWeapons orders by the subject's equipment order, not dictionary slot order (tie-order-unpinned).
- InstantWeaponData.PerRound is the one burst divisor for UpdateStats and the rated read (burst-divisor-twice).
- Tests: falling-curve, Range-span, MinRange>0 fixtures and a charged weapon in the rated tests (rated-figure-range-blind);
Combat ranks claims at the target's distance, ignores a worn target gun's live figure (live-state-unpinned),
and takes ties in equipment order.

3c628f54f2 Merge cut emissions-heard (Soul verdict cut-emissions-heard.s1)
Conflict: ContactRevealTests Locker fixture. Kept the branch's Locker(name, interceptFactor) helper and added master's five munition parts to it (as master's Locker carries them since missile-stats).

fa911f2d85 Zone.Entities read-only outside Zone: Admit and Remove are the only membership writers
Entities is a MemberView with no mutating member; Admit installs the death watch with the
membership and refuses a member already present, Remove takes it away with the membership.
The Reset and duplicate-Add bypass paths of the death watch cannot be spelled any more.
Tests move to Admit/Remove; Admit also activates, so the explicit Activate calls that followed
a raw Add are dropped. Unity call sites route through Zone.Remove.

Builds: unverified at this commit (verified in the job at the head).
