The target names the Unity player, its executable and the runtime AetherDb is published for.
Without the argument it builds win64 as before. Built 0.2.0 for both targets on Starfire
(Linux cross-built with Mono); both stop at the aetherdb step, because Aetheria compiles
CultMath from two CultLib pins and dotnet publish refuses the duplicated shader files.

Header comment, the stray staging fixture (now Stray.json) and the
build-delivery doc no longer name it. Builds.

The previous commit did not compile in Unity (CS0117 on PlayerSettings.bundleVersion); this one does,
and a batchmode run of AetheriaBuild.Build succeeded.

AetheriaBuild (Assets/Editor) sets the version, builds Addressables, builds the
Win64 player, stages GameData through PlayerStaging, publishes AetherDb to
ModTools and removes the Burst debug folder; any failure exits 1 naming the step.
PlayerStaging is Unity-free and linked into Aetheria.Shared.Tests. A read-only
AetheriaStores.Open of a nonexistent catalog throws.
Builds on the headless side; the Unity .meta files and the batchmode run follow.
