The elaborator swarm's GitHub branches were removed after verified bundling, but its output is still wanted: the operator will integrate ideas into the lore vaults as time allows. The durable record now lives in the repository that owns the obligation instead of a Codex task folder and deleted branches. experiments/elaboration/ carries the reviewed additions packet (A2 and D1-D3 approved, A1 demoted, K1/K2/Z1-Z3 pending), the per-world reviews, the 2026-09-05 shortlist with its 20 full candidates, and the 92 per-pass idea ledgers, with a README naming where the bundled vault additions are and how to restore one. The four reviewer-accepted first-generation world fixtures return from their deleted codex/world-* branches to examples/ and prompts/image-generation/ beside the existing fixtures. Elaborator campaign
Four waves completed: 64 Astra Low passes at concurrency 16, including eight explicit refinements. All candidate branch pairs are published and verified: 20 shortlisted, 18 marked for revision, and 26 declined for this shortlist. No campaign worker or reviewer remains running. Codex owned wave dispatch and review; no external scheduler ran.
The existing titled Elaborators, paired lore/Ghostlight clones, ledgers and candidate branches are retained. Current main supplies lore context. Assignments emphasize underdeveloped cultural life, including new cultures, with grounded prose and understatement.
A reviewer read all sixteen candidates after each wave and selected the strongest for operator review. Promotion did not merge canon. Codex used each review to change the next wave's assignments and prompt calibration. No fifth wave is scheduled.
Worker PID, logs and exit receipts are under work/elaboration/waves/004/ in this task directory. Explicit plans and prompts are under work/elaboration/. Prior additions retain their existing approval statuses.
