5ff1d54efa Point the state surfaces at the play agent gate
The map, handoff, plan and Session Zero doc now name plan step 16, the play
agent, as the playtest gate. L2-L4, D1-D3 and the L1 follow-ups are
recorded as deferred by ruling, not dropped.

A source check corrected the map. Inference routes per lane by model name
to the SDK sidecar or CodexConnector, and no local transport exists. The
sidecar is a private msgpack pipe behind InferencePort, not the CultNet
connector API the map claimed every backend shares.

The handoff's session_zero.begin item is retired: the name is refused, and
only tests reference it. One evidence record covers the pivot.

bd25d0fffe Sync the last surfaces after L1
The closing memory pass found four stale spots:
- The ontology still said the schemas are consumer.v3, contradicting
consumer.v5 in the same paragraph. The sentence is gone.
- Evidence record 21 said each world carries a typed detail rule, which
is L3 and not built. It now says a world will carry one.
- Evidence record 20 pointed at the design section. It now points at the
  landed L1 target.
- The system map's "Current acceptance body" describes the legacy release
Yggdrasil still serves. It is now headed as pre-rebuild, so its titled
worker text no longer reads as live.

Evidence is rewritten through compact-evidence, which archives the old
text.

576c8ac667 Close L1: postmortem, ledger, target and docs reconciled
The stock lenses pass is closed.
- The ghostlight library ships eight lenses.
- Worlds carry weights as world data, and the owner can replace them.
- Each elaborator session draws its lens replayably and records the lens and
  its instruction text.
- Sessions run concurrently under their own permit ceiling.
- In-flight work is found again by reading the store.
All eight target invariants hold.

The cut map records the second Cut 4 fix batch, Soul's final pass, Cut 5's
verdicts and the ledger's actuals. The actuals are +4,907 / −266 in crates
against about +1,300 estimated, the overrun overwhelmingly tests that caught
real defects.

Recorded as follow-ups: an Uncovered case the tests do not pin (L1.f15), and
whether consumers may supply their own lens sets (L1.f16, the operator's).

The target is rewritten as reconciled. The ontology loop no longer claims
seed requests or Vault evidence for the Active sweep, the handoff says
lens weights, and map.yaml names L2 as next.

d89f2602c2 Sync the last surfaces that described the kernel before L0
The closing Mind pass found four places still describing the tree as it
was before the extraction:
- the handoff's controllers path;
- plan step 15's heading, which said not started;
- plan D1, which still said "detail profile";
- the system map's source owner and schema name, and its private
  world::WorldKernel.

Each now names the ghostlight crate and its sealed-by-admission boundary.
The boundary evidence record's first decision said the kernel's only
Dungeon import was a type that has since moved; it now points at the L0
record. The previous text is archived by compaction.

d86ed9f4a2 Close L0: postmortem, ledger, target and state reconciled
The kernel extraction is finished. The world kernel is the ghostlight
library crate; Dungeon consumes it across a boundary sealed by admission,
proven from outside the crate.

The cut map records the last two fix batches and Q1-10, defaulted: the
minter scanner stays a tripwire, with Clippy recorded as the fix. The
subtraction ledger missed its estimate, +210 net source lines against about
+65. The reasons: the scanner grew chasing evasions, the boundary needed
about 90 more public items than planned, and the rejection tests buy a
ruling made after the estimate.

The postmortem lists what Soul caught, the operator corrections, the
incidents, and the open follow-ups. The target states which invariants
hold and how. The plan, map.yaml and the handoff point at L1. The L0
evidence record is rewritten as its distilled lessons; the previous text is
archived.

880c9656ad Record Cut 1 and Soul's verdict; sync the stale surfaces
Cut 1 landed at 108b691..f859d2c. Soul reran the builds, tests, census and
mutations itself and confirmed the behavior-unchanged claim; it found six
defects.

F1 is the one that matters: the seal is name-based. Public ID types,
ScopeDigest and DecisionOpportunity all derive Deserialize, so an external
crate can mint them from JSON and rebuild the fixture path ruling Q1-4
said must be unreachable. The reducer still rejects forged opportunities,
so kernel integrity holds while the invariant's wording does not. Q1-9 asks
the operator whether sealing means unforgeable admission or unconstructible
types.

F2 (bypassable minter count) and F3 (71 unused public items) are queued for
the fix batch. F4 names Eve in library error strings. F5 and F6 are
recorded, not fixed.

The map, map.yaml and the handoff now say the kernel is the ghostlight
crate.

d83534cf38 Write the library extraction target; merge conflicting boundary records
Plan step 15 pass L0 extracts the world kernel from crates/ghostlight-dungeon
into its own library crate. The new target document lists the invariants
that must survive:
- sealed kernel visibility at the crate boundary;
- no change in behavior, schemas, or stores;
- no Dungeon concepts or dependencies in the library;
- a working release path;
- unaffected pins;
- bounded build fan-out.

It also lists the questions Imagination must bring back.

Two evidence records from 2026-09-15 disagreed about focus and whether the
extraction and title decisions were settled. They are now one boundary
record. The title correction now points at the ontology doc's lens section.
The compaction archived the previous records verbatim.

e19c9d9bda Replace focus with typed detail rules; ship titles as stock lenses
A detail rule is a function from place to detail level. Each consumer
chooses its own level-of-detail rule. Dungeon uses ByDistance anchored on
important subjects, the player first. Delvehold starts from Uniform.

Rules are typed world data that the library evaluates, not consumer code.
The deficit a rule produces is an admission input, and journal replay
re-runs reduce, so a changed consumer function would break committed
history. WorldScaleIntent per-kind targets remain the ceiling a rule
distributes.

The eight titles move into the library doc as the stock lens set. The
kernel extraction is ordered as plan step 15 pass L0, ahead of every
library pass.

3d5fe83708 Keep Session Zero in Dungeon; spec the library capabilities it consumes
Ghostlight Dungeon is a consumer of the Ghostlight library. Session Zero,
Vault choice, players, sliders and starting locations are Dungeon authority
and do not shape the library.

The ontology doc gains consumer-neutral library targets: elaboration
lenses with weights, focus-weighted demand with a consumer-supplied detail
profile, one evidence source bound per world, and elaborator sessions in
Draft. The Session Zero doc now carries only Dungeon policy that consumes
those capabilities.

The map records the boundary as a hard rule. The plan splits into library
passes L1-L4 and Dungeon passes D1-D3. Two decisions stay open: extracting
the kernel from crates/ghostlight-dungeon, and whether the eight titles ship
as a library stock lens set.

25ff91f08d Restore the titled elaborators as lenses and design Session Zero
The eight titles (Patina, Charter, Ledger, Hearth, Tangle, Veil, Ember,
Numen) were deleted with their titled verifier and quotas, and no operator
decision covered them. The ontology doc and evidence record 6 now say the
tribunal was the verifier and the quotas, not the titles. A new correction
record carries the history and the 2026-09-15 direction.

Session Zero is the player's path through a world's Draft phase. The player
chooses a Vault, describes the experience, and sets title weights. The seed
lane sketches the world and the player chooses a start. A swarm then draws a
title by weight for each session and elaborates by travel distance from the
player, before and after activation. It is plan step 15, and its fifth pass
closes the playtest gate.

18f2eb96a2 Distill the evidence ledger to twelve records through one compaction path
44 records to 12: supersession chains collapsed to their survivors,
per-commit receipts folded into the decision they served, standing
pre-rebuild decisions merged into one record map.yaml already owns. Every
removed record is archived verbatim. `compact-evidence` is now the one
durable deletion path; the status tool reads folded scalars, and the
compaction helper imports the map readers instead of carrying copies.

79206dfce7 Carry the road's rules from the seeded live smoke
The seeded smoke passed on the twelfth run: six persons authored into
Low Sere from the Kalsa vault in one round, the deficit to zero, nine
subjects and six boundaries at activation, eight cells per tick, the
seeded people speaking to each other. Each earlier failure became a rule
in the tree: strict function schemas (anyOf, typed tags) with an offline
totality test over both authoring lanes; a content-addressed provider
request identity so repair rounds do not collide with the connector's
replay record; the connector's expiry skew separated from the response
read timeout; the seed lane's own round budget with parallel tool calls
and a budget-end submit; canonical ids and the placement rule in the
brief; the commitment shape rule in its tool description; inference
faults and cell outcomes logged where the operator can read them; and a
harness that fails on an empty seed or a silent world.

4ae1d6181d Restore the scale target as design, not load fixture
The operator's design is detail first, then a ten-percent choke: generate
goal-bearing actors at every level, then budget cells so attention is scarce
and selection is forced. The mvp doc's teardown-era sentence calling the
2,400-subject profile "test data, not a production elaboration target"
contradicted that and is amended. The ontology now carries an authored
WorldScaleIntent with a structurally counted deficit that elaborators pursue
after boundaries, a budgeted connected cover every tick with singleton detail
cells and grouped coarse cells, partitioned views and per-constituent
attribution in groups, and debt rotation. Gestalt as canonical identity,
arena knowledge union, and semantic qualification stay deleted. Plan step six
is nine passes; two proofs added; evidence records the correction.

34ce8c8a63 Unify elaboration and action under one deterministic verifier
Ontology v2. Affordances become world-authored data over a closed
twenty-nine-operation kernel set: preconditions read the actor's own typed
components, effect slots bound what an invocation may propose, and kernel
entropy selects the outcome band so no model ever decides success. That
deletes the legacy wave-level outcome resolver along with the reconciler.
Proposals bind to the scope digest of the components their verification
reads instead of the whole state digest, so eight elaborator loops and many
subjects stop serializing on one revision. Elaborator tools are a projection
of the operation set and cannot drift from the reducer.

Demotes the multiresolution agency doc to teardown evidence, keeping only
resumable sessions, compact drafts, and the complete mismatch set. Plan step
six now lists eight passes with the affordance pipeline fourth.

9c662bda23 Design the elaboration ontology
Run 115 died on a dangling reference, and the vocabulary is why. Legacy
transition.rs took caller-supplied SubjectRef{kind,id:String}, admitted
entities in two phases, and permitted mutations one at a time in a flat
batch, so a plausible-looking id was indistinguishable from a referent until
reduction. Reconciliation existed to repair that class and exhausted after
four steps. Depth lived in free strings, so the previous attempt to fix
shallowness grew model tribunals instead of structure.

The closed vocabulary: reducer-issued typed ID namespaces, draft-handle
references resolved inside one closed WorldPatch before any ID allocates,
twelve components that each constrain a decision, four derived CausalBoundary
kinds, and one AdmitPatch command shared by seed admission and boundary
elaboration. Twenty component kinds become twelve, eighteen mutation variants
become one primitive, five qualification and verification types become none,
and waves and quotas become derived boundaries.

Demotes the transition algebra doc to teardown evidence and slots the stage
into the implementation plan ahead of the deferred deployment cutover.

The TypeScript and Python forks existed because nothing was publishable, not
because the code diverged. CultLib now has a publish workflow, and the licensing
that would have blocked it is uniform.

Ghostlight's own repoint has a catch worth remembering: the state tooling puts
the vendored source on sys.path so it runs from a clone with no install step,
and session bootstrap depends on that.

3f66a83869 Record the swarm-wide core-stack consolidation
Epiphany and CodexConnector now consume CultLib and carry no submodules, so
GameCult/cultcache-rs and GameCult/cultnet-rs have no readers left anywhere.

The survey's main finding is that the forks held far less than their number
suggested. Four of them held nothing CultLib lacks. What they mostly held was
reach: things CultLib had but did not expose. Each had simply pinned a different
branch of the standalone repos, which is the explosion that made separate repos
untenable in the first place.

The two remaining non-Rust forks are blocked on distribution, not divergence.

37dfb25929 Record the Odin repoint and the closed cultnet-rs gate
Odin no longer reads GameCult/cultnet-rs. Its CultNet submodule and CultCache
copy are gone; both come from CultLib, and vendor/cultmesh-rs is the only fork
left, itself consuming CultLib so one crate version spans the graph.

The forks were not pure duplication. A whole-file symbol comparison -- not a
diff of recent changes, which is what misled me the first time -- found four
capabilities CultLib lacked, all now ported with tests.

The Odin side is verified but uncommitted. Its one-line edit to
vendor/cultmesh-rs/src/lib.rs cannot be separated from 433 lines of in-flight
CultMesh work and an untracked module, so committing the repoint would mean
committing that feature on the operator's behalf.

c80c323022 Re-anchor contract citations on CultLib 85f7024
Every live CultNet contract citation named `f4ab237`, which is not an ancestor
of CultLib main and survives only on the retiring standalone repo's branch.
They now name CultLib `85f7024`, which is both CultLib's current main head and a
permanent ancestor of it, so the citation survives every future advance --
something a branch SHA in a repo queued for deletion could never do.

Verified rather than assumed. At `85f7024`, packages/cultnet-rs carries
IDUNN_LIFECYCLE_BRAKE_* distinct from IDUNN_DEPLOYMENT_BRAKE_*,
IdunnProcessWriteLeaseRecord, GameCultRuntimeCapability, OdinTopologyDisagreement
with disagreements() and into_undisputed_present separating presence from
readiness, a generation-bound IdunnRuntimeActivationRecord with its own
activation-proof signing purpose, and IdunnExpectedRoute refusing non-rudp://
endpoints for RUDP routes. All six cited contracts hold.

Two of the eight citations were instructions, not descriptions, and a mechanical
swap would have been wrong. map.yaml's next action and the handoff's next gate
both said to advance Odin to CultNet `f4ab237` -- advancing it deeper into the
repo we intend to delete. Both now say to repoint Odin off its vendored CultNet
fork onto CultLib `85f7024`, as Ghostlight did at `d0510ac`.

Evidence records keep their pre-consolidation SHAs. They are dated statements of
what was believed, and the new record is the key for reading them.

This closes the citation half of the cultnet-rs retirement gate. Odin's vendored
CultNet gitlink is now the last reader of that repo.

a338567230 Record the landed drift and the cultnet-rs retirement gate
Evidence for 751b5c4 and the provenance finding behind it.

While citing revisions I checked whether they resolve. CultNet `f4ab237` and its
predecessor `e542225` are not ancestors of CultLib main. Their content is on
CultLib `85f7024` -- verified by symbol, and Ghostlight compiles against it --
but the SHAs are not, because the consolidation ported commits forward instead
of merging them. They survive only on GameCult/cultnet-rs branch
codex/idunn-runtime-authority-contract.

That changes the retirement gate. Deleting GameCult/cultnet-rs was previously
gated on its content living somewhere else, which is now satisfied. It is also
gated on citation: every contract reference in this map, the handoff, both notes
and the evidence ledger points into that repo. Either re-anchor them on CultLib
`85f7024` or keep the branch.

Odin `65cf2b2` and `d527d72` are likewise off Odin main but sit on a pushed
branch, so they resolve from a clone and need nothing.

The vendor-retirement record carried a hand-written timestamp ten hours in the
future, which sorted it after work that actually came later. Corrected through

The evidence ledger had drifted from distilled to accumulated at 258 records.
235 were per-release and per-run receipts, self-consuming falsification chains,

hard_boundaries. They move to state/evidence.archive.jsonl.

evidence.jsonl is a regenerated export, not a writer: _export_evidence rewrites
it from the CultCache evidence document on every append. Compacting the export
alone would resurrect every archived record on the next add-evidence, so the
deletion goes through the store and the export follows.

Twenty-three records remain: the still-binding contracts (CultCache wire
format, agent_state.v0, cognition ceiling, image-geometry authority, sandboxed
coordinator, VoidBot appraisal, multiplayer extension, the Delvehold boundary
set, newspaper-as-Persona) and the whole rebuild era from Run 108 forward. A
multiplayer note recorded twice under different timestamp encodings is reduced
to one.

map.yaml and the handoff carried stale frontiers naming 13d5136 and a0b16b9.
Both now name 6a79cb0 and record what 9256648 and 6a79cb0 landed.

The worktree sheds 87MB of untracked debris: three Git bundles whose commits
are all ancestors of HEAD, ~60 legacy live-fire run scripts and sftp batches,
the forbidden redeploy helpers, downloaded run61-63 acceptance copies whose
authoritative roots remain on Yggdrasil and whose frozen copy stays digest-bound
in output/tex, a redb file created by a stray --help argument, and 71MB of tmp/
legacy campaign caches and newspaper renders. .gitignore now refuses all of it.
