Nothing an agent loads in this repo said Ghostlight Dungeon ships to Linux
on Yggdrasil, so a Windows workstation build looked like reasonable
verification. Record the target, the fact that Idunn builds the release in
pinned Linux containers, and what a local compile is and is not evidence
for.

44 records to 12: supersession chains collapsed to their survivors,
per-commit receipts folded into the decision they served, standing
pre-rebuild decisions merged into one record map.yaml already owns. Every
removed record is archived verbatim. `compact-evidence` is now the one
durable deletion path; the status tool reads folded scalars, and the
compaction helper imports the map readers instead of carrying copies.

The existing rule said evidence.jsonl is an export surface rather than the
direct-write API, which is true but understates the failure. A hand edit does
not fail loudly; it survives until the next add-evidence regenerates the file
from the CultCache evidence document and restores whatever was removed.
An agent compacting the ledger would see a clean result, commit it, and have
it silently undone by the next append. Say so where the rule already lives,
since AGENTS.md is read before anyone reaches the store.
