Landing: Minds' project paragraphs, estates as what we are building, Aetheria reconciled

Adds a "What the Minds are working on" section (Nibu, Aqua, Weksa, Libby,
Kiko, Heimdall), rewrites the estates intro, and reconciles the Aetheria
row with "Why Aetheria Went Quiet" (quiet after 2021, until 2026).

Landing copy: fix Aetheria claim, soften unsourced claims, shrink two avatars

Aetheria went quiet after a 2021 pitch push (per Why Aetheria Went Quiet),
not in 2026. Cut or softened claims with no source in the repo; shrink
aquasynth and odin-gjallar avatars to 256px (438K/458K -> 35K/47K).
