Base: main at 786fb99. Head 6738caf. Built in a TMPDIR copy with the shared Quartz engine: clean build (67 files, 372 emitted), and every changed string renders in index.html. No browser on this host, so nobody has seen it rendered.

What this lands

Landing page: Minds' project paragraphs, the estates as what we are building, and the Aetheria row reconciled.

Adds a "What the Minds are working on" section (Nibu, Aqua, Weksa, Libby,
Kiko, Heimdall), rewrites the estates intro, and reconciles the Aetheria
row with "Why Aetheria Went Quiet" (quiet after 2021, until 2026).
