Meta Vens 59bbe85875 Keep the world elaboration record and first-generation world fixtures in Ghostlight 
The elaborator swarm's GitHub branches were removed after verified bundling,
but its output is still wanted: the operator will integrate ideas into the
lore vaults as time allows. The durable record now lives in the repository
that owns the obligation instead of a Codex task folder and deleted branches.

experiments/elaboration/ carries the reviewed additions packet (A2 and D1-D3
approved, A1 demoted, K1/K2/Z1-Z3 pending), the per-world reviews, the
2026-09-05 shortlist with its 20 full candidates, and the 92 per-pass idea
ledgers, with a README naming where the bundled vault additions are and how
to restore one. The four reviewer-accepted first-generation world fixtures
return from their deleted codex/world-* branches to examples/ and
prompts/image-generation/ beside the existing fixtures. The map and handoff
point at the new home.

  • Concrete pressure: an urgent road report arrives while the outgoing shaman still holds the outer-road target and the expected relief cohort has not crossed the exposed approach. The player must decide what evidence to trust, what target can honestly be transferred, and whose future capacity to spend.
  • Canonical room elaboration: already committed in the lore worktree as 177dda5 (Bank Ghostlight fixture lore elaboration drafted by the Kalsa world worker). No additional lore patch is currently required.

  • Institution and routine: Grey Bed workers and a household water witness conduct the first-water delivery—sample temperature, taste, ash, and sound; compare the marked delivery vessel with crop stress; then accept, divert, or return the flow under the basin table's crop compact.
  • Tonal mode: damp agrarian workplace comedy with domestic warmth and creeping technical dread.
  • Concrete pressure: reduced intake service sends a hotter, ash-heavy first flow while lower-step rooms are losing heat and the medicinal moss is already drying. A Cistern House runner brings a cut order that preserves minimum household heat but may ruin one bed before the next work-watch.
  • Lore gap: Kalsa/Spoilers/Places/Low Sere.md owns Grey Bed work and water allocation but does not yet furnish the head-sluice geometry, sample surface, or witnessed first-water handoff.
  • Intended patch: add one fixture-marked, locality-bounded elaboration under Low Sere's Grey Beds section; do not establish a universal bed layout, currency, office title, valve design, crop threshold, or post-descent outcome.
