Meta Vens 59bbe85875 Keep the world elaboration record and first-generation world fixtures in Ghostlight
The elaborator swarm's GitHub branches were removed after verified bundling,
but its output is still wanted: the operator will integrate ideas into the
lore vaults as time allows. The durable record now lives in the repository
that owns the obligation instead of a Codex task folder and deleted branches.

experiments/elaboration/ carries the reviewed additions packet (A2 and D1-D3
approved, A1 demoted, K1/K2/Z1-Z3 pending), the per-world reviews, the
2026-09-05 shortlist with its 20 full candidates, and the 92 per-pass idea
ledgers, with a README naming where the bundled vault additions are and how
to restore one. The four reviewer-accepted first-generation world fixtures
return from their deleted codex/world-* branches to examples/ and
prompts/image-generation/ beside the existing fixtures. The map and handoff
point at the new home.

Delvehold Fixture Run Ledger

cistern-house-nine-breaker-test

  • Status: blocked at Ghostlight commit after the five fixture artifacts and four reviewer passes were completed; the files remain uncommitted.
  • Locality: Cistern House Nine, a public water-pumping workshop serving a terraced Hold beside a warm underground sea.
  • Institution and routine: the seal-bearing pump workshop and its apprentices perform the morning isolation-wedge and null-rune test before opening district flow.
  • Tonal mode: warm workplace comedy turning into quiet civic unease.
  • Files: examples/ink/delvehold/cistern-house-nine-breaker-test.branch-and-fold.v0.ink; examples/ink/delvehold/cistern-house-nine-breaker-test.branch-and-fold.v0.training.json; examples/visual/delvehold/cistern-house-nine-breaker-test.branch-and-fold.v0.visual.json; examples/lore-grounding/delvehold/cistern-house-nine-breaker-test.v0.json; prompts/image-generation/delvehold/cistern-house-nine-breaker-test.bfl-simple-prompts.v0.json.
  • Lore notes read: Delvehold/index.md; Delvehold/Lore/index.md; Delvehold/Lore/The Greathold.md; Delvehold/Lore/Industry/index.md; Delvehold/Lore/Industry/Dwarven Industry.md; Delvehold/Lore/Industry/Runic Engineering.md; Delvehold/Lore/Industry/Machine-Dungeon.md; Delvehold/Lore/Peoples/index.md; Delvehold/Lore/Peoples/Dwarves.md; Delvehold/Lore/Peoples/Mastership and Citizenship.md; Delvehold/Lore/Ontology/index.md; Delvehold/Lore/Ontology/Mana and Pattern.md; Delvehold/Lore/Ontology/Dungeon Cores.md; Delvehold/Lore/Ontology/World-Spirit.md.
  • Lore patch: Delvehold/Lore/The Greathold.md contains the narrow Cistern House Nine room-scale elaboration in lore commit e82098e (Bank Ghostlight fixture lore elaboration drafted by the Delvehold world worker). The lore worktree is clean.
  • Reviewer verdicts: narrative quality accepted; lore grounding accepted; visual continuity accepted_with_minor_revisions as an illustrated-IF scaffold; spatial-geometric cohesion accepted_with_minor_revisions as a stageable text plan. Both visual reviewers require a durable scene-set plan view or 3D blockout before replay-ready illustration. The training sidecar records the fixes and full verdicts.
  • Verification: four JSON artifacts parse; the Ink has 16 material choices, 16 branch/action comment pairs, 8 state-gated endings, and all seven variables are read after mutation. No Ink compiler was present on PATH, so compilation was not attempted and no package was installed.
  • Ghostlight commit failure: both git add and git commit failed with fatal: Unable to create 'F:/Projects/Ghostlight-worlds/delvehold/.git/index.lock': Permission denied. No Ghostlight commit was created and no Ghostlight push was attempted. The lore branch remains clean and synchronized with origin/codex/ghostlight-worlds; lore commit e82098e was already banked and pushed.
  • Next: grant write access to F:/Projects/Ghostlight-worlds/delvehold/.git so Git can create index.lock; then commit and push this completed fixture before choosing a second locality.
