Scratch Working Memory

Current Subgoal

None. The seed producer is landed (b7042f1) and proven by the seeded live smoke (2026-09-05, Kalsa Public, Low Sere); road fixes are uncommitted on main pending a green unit suite. The next slice opens on the outbound consumer response batch, the deployment gate, or one of the two open operator decisions (see notes/fresh-workspace-handoff.md).

Working Notes

Use this file for one bounded slice. Delete or reset aggressively when the slice is done.
