6809e74137 cultcache-rs 0.3.1: push_all reads the store stamp under the lock and refuses a format it does not read 
One owner of the stamp rule, refuse_unread_format, serves read_all_unlocked and push_all. A file push_all cannot read is written as before. Builds.

d44188637d Caching: a plain flush and a directory write refuse a store another process stamped newer since attach 
Single-file PushAll reads the format stamp under the lock and refuses cultcache.store.v<N> with N > 2;
the directory store throws NotSupportedException for N > 4 from the manifest parse every write already runs.
An unreadable stamp keeps today's behaviour.

8b47a2e8d9 Caching: PersistedSchemaId and MarkWritten are internal for 2.0; Mesh single-file write guard in the CHANGELOG 
C2a's StoredVersion owns the same identity and deletes both. No consumer outside CultLib uses them,
so they do not ship public in 2.0.0 and C2a's release is not a major.

7678148c1a CultMesh single-file write reads what it replaces: refuses a newer-format, unreadable or larger store 
The write replaced the file without reading it, so a 2.0 writer pointed at a store a newer
format stamped (or one holding other records) destroyed it.
