Reverts merge ef9c3ed (PR #1), which landed by mistake. Void's fixture build at engine b534526 shows the engine resolves the original backslash-pipe wikilinks in tables (zero literal backslashes), and the PR's [[Target|alias]] form would break Obsidian tables. Also removes the README limitation line added in a9ac872. Tree returns to pre-PR content: two Brainstorming notes' table pipes plus that one README line; no Faction Play or canon text touched.
