8e4f6492d0 Merge the deployed Eve surface branch into main 
Production has served codex/repixelizer-eve-surface at 01dfab9 since
2026-06-16. Idunn admits main (Q1 default, docs/idunn-deploy-cut.md Cut 1),
so main must carry what runs: the Eve surface, verse_state.py,
cultlib_support.py and the msgpack dependency.

main's only commit off the merge base, 9e8c8f6, removed bilinear_resize and
lattice_source_rgba. The branch never touched io.py or metrics.py and calls
neither function, so the removals survive the merge without conflict.

c1c7b7d0b7 Map the Idunn deploy path for Repixelizer 
Operator: "Repixelizer is essential, it's our one actually shipped SaaS".
Q1-Q5 taken as Self defaults.
