Landing page: state value, residents, live versus planned; self-host avatars
Rewrite the front door around what is true today: eight resident Minds on Yggdrasil, the forge as canonical home, open source by default with the private exceptions named, and a live/planned table. Thing is planned, Eve is deprecated, VoidBot is retired. Projects: the Void card no longer presents VoidBot as live. Avatar hotlinks to raw.githubusercontent.com (several into the retired VoidBot repo) are copied to static/avatars so a repo rename cannot break them.
