Implementation Plan

Phase 1: Baseline Vault

Complete. The vault has a linked starting structure, inspiration notes, state machinery, and initial setting canon.

Phase 2: Naming and Ontology

• Decide whether "Eusocial Interbeing" is the final setting title or only the vault title.
• Name the two continents.
• Define Airawa anatomy, reproduction, sensory world, and caste pressures.
• Define Sa'auei'a anatomy, reproduction, lifespan, family-unit roles, and mobility constraints.
• Define mother-tree biology without making the trees into human elders with bark.

Phase 3: Systems Expansion

• Expand the Biological Memetic Engine into mechanism, limits, costs, and failure states.
• Detail imperial ministries, breeding law, military infrastructure, and denial doctrine.
• Detail Sa'auei'a route law, breeding-ground governance, ecological treaties, and mobile technologies.
• Map the Continental Contact War through several fronts.

Phase 4: Story Hooks

• Add character-facing notes only after the ecological and political machinery can support them.
• Prefer conflicts that expose incompatible systems rather than generic invasion drama.
