Adds settings/eusocial-interbeing/zyphos-name-briefs.md: one naming brief per DRAFT name in follow-up weksa-body/zyphos-name-drafts (Airawa self-name, mother tree, disconnected network, imperial exonym; Sa'ueia self-name, breeding ground, route-as-obligation). Each has speaker, addressee, register, meaning decomposition, applicable sound rules, reject conditions. All names DRAFT, none canon.

Findings worth reading: language-design.md has no Sa'ueia phonology, so S1-S3 are judged on one contrast paragraph; Kharzdun uses kh, outside the Airawa list; Sauwele collides with Sa'ueia; Dozkai is one phoneme from scratch Druzkai.

Rename state: Sa'auei'a -> Sa'ueia is incomplete in both the Zyphos vault (~45 new vs 41 old occurrences, 27 files, one old filename) and Weksa (language-design.md, README.md, state/map.yaml). Reported in the file, not fixed.
