world.ts already carries Libby's 7.0 (CultLib PR #1 990521b3); the comment now
states the 6.63 sup was measured, not proved.

creatures.ts follows creature-projection-v2: a neutral creature publishes no
sizeBucket, and one that arrives is ignored. creatureScale returns null (draw
nothing) for neutral, absent or unknown buckets; it never defaults to medium.
NEUTRAL_SCALE is removed.

Merged at exact head 5eb0a63 into ratatoskr/estate-navigator (base was 5e79a18); merge commit 95e24aad. No deploy, flag off.

Ran: vitest scene 53/53; trial merge clean; npx tsc --noEmit at base 5e79a18 and at merged 95e24aad, error lines sorted with line/col stripped and diffed.
tsc result: 765 errors at base, 765 at merged head, outputs byte-identical, zero errors under src/app/features/scene (17 scene files are in the program). The earlier 769 / 4-extra figure did not reproduce here, so there is nothing to list.

Did not run: nothing rendered, GLSL uncompiled, no eslint.
