Meta Vens 53f35afc31 Record pass 2 as landed on every steering surface ... Handoff, map, scratch, and the ontology doc's current-mechanism section now describe e99af63. The elaborator witness is corrected to 26 finished slot passes. The worktree the steward saw at 8cad6b9 is the pass-3 Hands tree before its reset to the tip, not an orphan.
