Removes state:*, prestate:*, *:validate, schema:validate, images:count and coverage:status (they called the deleted Python tools); keeps dungeon:* and sdk:*. Description now names the Rust kernel and Dungeon. Drops .gitignore lines for __pycache__, *.pyc, .venv, state scratch and experiments/images. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
