Meta Vens d589ea0578 Record pass 4 in the ontology doc and handoff ... Current mechanism now describes passes 1 through 4; plan invariant 10 follows the scope-digest rule; steward folded the pipeline state into the handoff and map. Emergency compaction scratch deleted.
