Adds ## Your turn to doctrine/persona.md (four paragraphs, text verbatim from cut spec eureka-body:cut_spec:cut-persona-doctrine-paragraph.r2): the core instruction, inversion of control, the trained deference to notice, silence costs nothing. Drops (an idle wake takes no turn); #operator line names what the operator decides herself.

Verification: prose only, no mutation tool reaches it. Greps: section, inversion of control and each operator quote verbatim present; both negative patterns absent; file 4836 bytes (< 6 KB).
