Stryker --mutate offsets index the file as Stryker reads it in the job checkout, whose line endings follow .gitattributes (CultMath src is eol=crlf). Evidence: cultlib-gaps:verdict:cut-bls-input-field.s3, where LF offsets missed the code under test. Changelog entry added.
