Archived Notes

This directory holds historical ledgers, closed migrations, optional bridge plans, superseded design splits, and one-off prompts. These files are not current authority unless a top-level canonical note explicitly points here for source history.

Quarantined Documents

  • architecture-rationale.md: original rationale for map/scratch/evidence.
  • codex-repository-algorithmic-map.md: Codex source inventory from an earlier extraction pass.
  • epiphany-architectural-teardown.md: host-seam suspicion pass; useful scar tissue after the rebuild, not a current work queue.
  • epiphany-distilled-agent-doctrine.md: older doctrine distillation superseded by AGENTS.md, ../epiphany-anatomy.md, and prompt-owned specialist files.
  • epiphany-ideal-architecture-rebuild-plan.md: completed May 2026 foundation migration blueprint.
  • epiphany-planning-substrate.md: planning product model source history after the runtime and GUI planning slices landed.
  • epiphany-rider-unity-integration-plan.md: optional Rider/Unity bridge plan, quarantined until engine-repo work resumes.
  • json-contamination-ledger.md: historical classification ledger for JSON purification work.
  • repo-fractal-dataflow-cache-plan.md: repo-memory profile plan superseded by the unified memory graph direction.
  • agent-memory-fractal-cache-plan.md: agent-memory profile plan superseded by the unified memory graph direction.
  • true-epiphany-memory-migration-sandbox-prompt.md: one-off migration sandbox prompt.

If any archived invariant becomes live again, promote the distilled invariant into a top-level note and leave the archive as provenance.
