archive/README.md: quarantined historical ledgers, closed migrations, optional bridge plans, superseded cache splits, and one-off sandbox prompts.
Cleanup rule: if a current invariant is found only in the archive, distill it into a canonical doc or active design reference first. Do not patch the same sentence through thirty scrolls and call the parchment blessed.
