Notes Index

The notes folder is a working reliquary, not one clean book. Top-level notes are allowed to steer current work. Archived notes are source history: cite them when they explain a scar, but do not let them outrank the live map, anatomy, or contract docs.

Archive

  • archive/README.md: quarantined historical ledgers, closed migrations, superseded memory/dreaming/routine campaigns, optional bridge plans, cache splits, and one-off sandbox prompts.

Cleanup rule: if a current invariant is found only in the archive, distill it into a canonical doc or active design reference first. Do not patch the same sentence through thirty scrolls and call the parchment blessed.
