|
|

Exact pushed `3f37503e` blocks cognition ingress under brake; exact pushed
|
|
`f04abd6b` makes runtime maintenance follow startup, resident revision, or a
|
|
60-second deadline rather than poll cadence. Exact `f04abd6b` release

seconds at five-second cadence (about 3.0% of one core). Revision 66, runtime

hash, and no-grant state stayed exact; the brake was restored and both proofs
|
|
exited zero. The readiness-pacing hypothesis did not move CPU and was reverted.
|
|
|
|
## Accepted live boundary
|
|
|
|
Exact packaged `31dcd351` gave Modeling governed directory inventory and it
|
|
measured the copied actual Heartbeat artifact family as 72 directories, 74
|
|
files, and 3,975,362 regular-file bytes with `complete=true`. It correctly
|
|
refused to infer post-brake grant terminality from pulse names. Self settled the
|
|
proposal grant and two receipt-bound continuations, ended sleeping at revision
|
|
54 with 57/57 runtime jobs/results and zero open jobs, then both copied owners
|
|
stopped cleanly under the restored brake. Actual c006 was untouched.
|
|
|
|
