Eyes Authority

Eyes gathers evidence outside Epiphany's resident Body. It does not own a portable CultNet contract merely because it is an organ.

Authority Map

• Owner: the Eyes.frontier_research Mind admission owner.
• Inputs: one explicit external-evidence obligation, its exact Research request/launch/result/decision context, and the real governed Substrate Gate grant plus tool intent/receipt chain used by that pass.
• Outputs: keyed Mind evidence, observation, and optional investigation checkpoint documents committed atomically with one EpiphanyMindCommitReceipt.
• Derived state: Research coverage is projected from the exact live or archived structured result and that commit receipt.
• Forbidden writers: raw retrieval results, role slots, timestamps, events, and synthesized evidence packets cannot accept Research or gate Modeling.
• Shared path: initial admission and post-archive re-entry use the same validated Mind-commit predicate.
• Cut line: source-lookup DTOs and Eyes evidence packets are absent. The grant, tool receipt, terminal request, structured decision, keyed Mind writes, and commit receipt already preserve the decision-bearing facts.

Modeling reads the resident Body directly. Eyes enters only when a current typed obligation requires evidence from outside that Body.
