Seven cuts against main at f2cd2eb4, with the largest liability priced first
rather than discovered later. The native binding was the open question: a probe
loaded the committed msquic.dll through koffi under Node 24, drove a handshake
on MsQuic's own threads and closed cleanly, with no addon build and no toolchain
at load time. It is one cut, not the campaign.
The consumer audit found no package at zero external consumers and every
external consumer on a file: path rather than the registry, which is why
registry naming is an operator question rather than an assumption.
Two corrections against the target are recorded in the map rather than absorbed
silently: a cited transport filename that does not exist under that name, and a
registry path the target assumes for cultmesh-ts that has never existed.
