The bridge is a runtime-neutral two-role event queue, built and smoked
on both platforms with the Linux artifact named as development-loop only.
Two hangs the old shape never exercised are pinned. One fork stops the
Windows provider: the pinned Schannel flavour does not implement the
PKCS12 credential the spec assumed was one type everywhere, while the
same bridge passes beside the OpenSSL flavour. Recommended: pin OpenSSL
on Windows and pay the tree size.
