Both runtimes now assert all four cells of the wire vector, and the new C#
constant fails when a single byte is flipped, so it is not decoration.
R-BA came back as a deletion with a better argument than my ruling carried.
Both resolvers are pure functions of the citer's schema, the role and the
record key against a fixed candidate index, so once those tie in the
comparator the resolved row including its schema is forced identical. That is
structural rather than semantic: it does not rest on schema-authoring
discipline, which is what my version rested on and what has misled this cut
twice.
All four pre-merge items are closed.
