TypeScript now cleans a route the way the C# constructors do, reads
whitespace with C#'s alphabet, refuses the endpoint spellings the URL
parser would otherwise repair, and names the two signature refusals as
C# names them. Every probe reruns with zero reachable disagreements. Two
scars kept for the postmortem: a sidecar that reverted fixes it was meant
to protect, and a NUL byte that made git read source as binary.
