The deploy tarball is a git archive of two package directories, so only
committed files reach Yggdrasil and cultmesh-ts does not ride at all
today. Under C the binding resolves binaries from an environment variable
or the package's own native directory, a workflow builds the Linux artifact
in a debian:13 container and attaches it to a release with a manifest and
digests, and the operator smoke ships its own archive. Registry publication
is parked with its seam named. One question remains: whether the four
binaries are committed or fetched at deploy time.
The corrected npm premise is recorded in the operator's words: reachable,
publication deferred by choice.
