Meta Vens 451ecc2d5e Record the whole-cut Soul pass: Cut 1 does not merge, and rule the fix batch ... The C# reference never serves v1, cited returns the wrong edges in both runtimes, and the runtimes disagree on floats, schema aliases and ordering.
