All three recommendations were taken: unscoped cultnet-ts and cultmesh-ts
with only the native platform packages scoped; the Linux artifact built by
GitHub Actions in a debian:13 container and smoked on Yggdrasil; the lookup
source port plus a static source now, with the Node Odin rendezvous parked.
The status header now says no operator question is open and cut 1 has not
started, so a reader of the header alone knows where the campaign stands.
