Meta Vens 9b5597e89c Gate the CultLib Unity release on the CultMath package it depends on 
The package build now fails when the declared org.gamecult.cultmath version is
ahead of the CultMath package, or when that package's CultMath.dll lacks a type
CultMathResolver formats. It also drops the shipped-plugin guard that could not
fire, since the output root is wiped first.
