The verifier is sound in both directions, the second one by probe. What
can go wrong silently is the verification story: a mutant left compiled
in an ignored directory, a C# vector check with no CI owner, a public
function that reads a pooled buffer wrong, and four edge rules that drift
from the reference. One map claim about error texts is withdrawn.
