Adds
packages/cultcache-rs/tests/first_call.rsandpackages/cultcache-py/tests/test_first_call.py. Each holds the snippet between markers, the README shows it verbatim, and a second test in the file fails if the README block drifts. Matrix cells for Rust and Python CultCache updated.Tests: cargo test in cultcache-rs, all targets green (first_call 2/2); cultcache-py unittest discover 166 OK (first_call 2/2).
