GameCult/Eve now 404s on the forge (Eve is deprecated), so cultmesh-portability's Check out the matching Eve contract step can never succeed.

Removed

Job getting-started ("one-command multiplayer onboarding", the Ubuntu leg on PR/push, plus the Windows leg on workflow_dispatch), whole. Its steps were:

  1. Check out CultLib (path CultLib)
  2. Check out the matching Eve contract (GameCult/Eve, EVE_INTEGRATION_REF || main): the 404.
  3. Set up .NET, Set up Node.js: setup only, serving step 4.
  4. Run the documented one-command checkpoint: verify-eve-getting-started.ps1 -EveRoot ./Eve.

I dropped the job rather than leaving 1, 3 as orphans: step 4 is the job's only work and is Eve end to end (it packs Eve's dotnet surface, takes --eve-root, and runs verify-eve-browser-network.mjs). The script has no Eve-free mode.

Coverage lost: the documented one-command Eve onboarding checkpoint (package consumption of the Eve surface plus the eve-browser-network real-process run, per scripts/verify-eve-getting-started.ps1). It cannot run without Eve. Rebuilding it belongs to the Thing 2 successor.

Kept

reactive-and-resource-lifetime unchanged: it has no Eve reference (reactive scaling, lease churn, TS/Python/C# vector and parity tests). It checks out only CultLib.

Other workflows

grep -n GameCult/Eve|EveRoot|eve-root .github/ after this change returns nothing. cultnet-interop.yml, quic-native.yml and publish-packages.yml never referenced Eve (eve matched only inside words like "every" and "level"). The verify-eve-* scripts and the sample stay in the tree untouched.

YAML parses; the workflow has the one job left. Not merged. PR #24's branch untouched.

`GameCult/Eve` now 404s on the forge (Eve is deprecated), so `cultmesh-portability`'s `Check out the matching Eve contract` step can never succeed. ## Removed Job `getting-started` ("one-command multiplayer onboarding", the Ubuntu leg on PR/push, plus the Windows leg on `workflow_dispatch`), whole. cultmesh-portability's getting-started job checked out GameCult/Eve (404 on the forge) and
ran verify-eve-getting-started.ps1 -EveRoot ./Eve, which is Eve end to end. Nothing in it
runs without Eve, so the job goes. reactive-and-resource-lifetime has no Eve dependency
and is unchanged.
