dd131b3b2e variants map: element-id body facts (2026-10-15) and a refreshed cut sequence 
Probe facts from the id-holes Imagination passes (r5, r6) and Soul s5/s6;
the cut sequence names what landed since 2026-10-12 and what part 2 absorbs.

d15f5a33f3 Changelogs and variants map: C2a's entries sit under Unreleased, not 0.15.0 
The manifests stay at main's versions; C2a's bumps are not releases (c0-ships-with-c2a).

780d8cfa83 Variants map: store authorities after merge-r1 and the Mesh reader cut 
One owner per store decision per runtime (header, existence and links, zero-byte,
directory at path, lock, replace, soft write), with pinning tests and open gaps by
follow-up id. Written by a Modeling pass against 705ab669.

69a21bb057 Record the operator's rulings on document variants Q1-Q7 
Q3 is ids everywhere, minted on load (not opt-in). Q4 is soft drift for
dangling overrides, which supersedes one of the target's refusals. The
others were ruled as recommended.

1e86bf0dc3 Place the document variants target and cut map on main 
The target (2026-09-17, with the operator's rulings) lived only on
codex/document-variants. The cut map is Imagination's pass of 2026-09-29.
Its operator questions Q1-Q7 are open.
