Asura agent doctrine

  • docs/target.md owns the ends: purpose, invariants, identity/lifecycle/authority, scope, and dated operator rulings. The cut map, once written, owns the means.
  • The field is the only truth about shape. The tile atlas is a regenerable cache and never an authority. Nothing writes the field from tile contents.
  • Surface nets lives in CultLib (GameCult.Geometry); noise lives in CultMath. Gaps are filled in those owners, never with local helpers here.
  • Asura persists nothing yet. Adding a persistent kind means adding a row to the identity table in docs/target.md first.
