Adds patches/thruster/thruster.dsp: sustained thruster, rotor rumble + blade-chopped noise rasp + high-Q hull rattle, one rpm control (300..6000). Faust source via CompileSource, not a .aqua script, not indexed in library.yaml.

Rendered 4 s at 48 kHz, 512-frame blocks via ProcessBlock/SetControls (aqua/setcontrols-no-alloc build), Linux only. Nothing has been listened to; the numbers only show the control moves the signal.

Hull modes Q 40/35/30/25 -> 20/18/16/14; tanh on the rattle alone; drive floor 0.1 -> 0.35.
Linux render, 48 kHz, 512-frame blocks: rpm 4800 steady RMS 0.1252 > rpm 600 0.0850; peaks 0.216/0.354/0.325.
