Meta Vens 947b86f7f3 Tests: the fitted Djinni's reach ceiling is its allocated reach 
The fitted Djinni's measured motion sits further below its reach than the generated one did (nose-on 1.69), so the
fixed 1.6 ceiling over measured motion was the old ship's number. The ceiling is the allocated reach with 20% to
spare, as the Longinus's is.
