Add GameCult integrated dossier

Browse source 
Add the GameCult integrated investment dossier as PDF and compile-ready LaTeX source under docs/, and update .gitignore to exclude /.quartz-build-tmp. The new files include the full dossier source (gamecult_integrated_dossier.tex) and the rendered PDF.
