Home flat: delete the article card, its three unstylers, the hero panel's fill and paddings, and the evidence note's fill

Browse source 
The article card on every page, the ritual/Thing/tour declarations that only
undid it, the home hero's radial, the hero panel and feature card in the
shared card selector, the studio feature-card override, and the evidence
note's background fill go first. The media card and embed frame keep the
shared card rule.
