Doc tree flat: the tour's doc-tree pitch is a left-ruled aside and repo boxes are top-ruled rows

Browse source 
repo-doc-tree.js builds these at runtime inside the Sai card, so the rules were
live, not dead. The pitch keeps its amber as a 2px left rule; each repo row
takes a 1px top rule at --gamecult-rule. No fill, border box or radius on
either.
