Thing deck: exhibit headers and the hero h1 stop taking the engine's header and h1 rules

.xhead now sets align-items stretch and margin-top 0 itself, and h1 inherits
its font size, so the engine's global header and h1 rules decide nothing
inside the deck. Resolves engine-header-leak.
