The default-exported QuartzComponent/QuartzComponentConstructor wrapper
at the bottom of site/quartz/components/ZyphosHeroScript.tsx had no
consumer: nothing default-imports ZyphosHeroScript or calls it as a
constructor anywhere in this repo, and no sibling Quartz-family repo
(GameCult-Quartz, Delvehold, Kalsa, AetheriaLore, gamecult-site)
references it either.
Removed:
- the default export wrapper (QuartzComponent returning a <script> tag)
- the now-unused QuartzComponent/QuartzComponentConstructor type imports
Preserved untouched:
- the named `zyphosHeroScript` export (the raw JS string), which is the
only thing actually consumed, via a named import in
site/quartz.config.ts:5
Verification:
- `git grep -n -I -E 'import[[:space:]]+[^{].*ZyphosHeroScript|ZyphosHeroScript[[:space:]]*\(' -- ':!site/quartz/components/ZyphosHeroScript.tsx'` -> 0 hits
- `rg -n "ZyphosHeroScript"` repo-wide (untracked-inclusive) -> only the
edited file itself
- `rg -n "ZyphosHeroScript"` in GameCult-Quartz, Delvehold, Kalsa,
AetheriaLore, gamecult-site -> 0 hits in each
- quartz.config.ts:5 named import of `zyphosHeroScript` left untouched
No typecheck ran: this repo ships only a partial Quartz components
overlay (site/quartz/components/*), with no package.json or
tsconfig.json anywhere in the tree, so there is no scoped tsc target
without pulling in the full Quartz engine from elsewhere.

Zyphos Quartz Site
Quartz overlay for the future https://zyphos.gamecult.org GitHub Pages site.
The content source is the vault directory Eusocial Interbeing/; this site/
directory only owns presentation, navigation, and static site assets.
The site follows the same deployment pattern as AetheriaLore:

DNS should point zyphos.gamecult.org at GitHub Pages, not Yggdrasil.
Norn Graph
The fractal biosphere graph uses GameCult-Quartz's shared graph SPA around the
Norn viewer. The adapter reads Quartz's generated
/static/contentIndex.json, turns vault notes into architecture nodes, turns
wiki links into edges, computes incoming backlinks for node metadata, and rolls
folder-level link flow into the dataflow graph.
GameCult-Quartz owns that adapter; Norn owns graph interaction and rendering.
Zyphos owns its section order, filtering, placement, and styling in
site/quartz.layout.ts and site/quartz/styles/custom.scss.
The committed bundle was built from GameCult-Quartz revision 8aa91ed and Norn
revision fa4a46b. Rebuild it before committing adapter, renderer, or graph-policy
changes:
