Merges weksa-lowering/speaker-state (4fb817b) into main (22eba3a). PR #2 depends on stance/Speaker/Scene from this.

Conflicts: only data/interlingua/inventory.cc (binary). Regenerated: branch rev 1 (61 entries) + weksa inventory proof (rev 2, 7 entries).

Semantic breaks (no textual conflict):

  • proof_packet() missing stance -> Stance::default().
  • validate now returns (); weksa lower re-admits the stored packet through PacketStore::admit (idempotent) to get the LoweringInput.
  • tests/lower.rs: views built through PacketStore::admit (throwaway store; custom-inventory tests use their own InventoryStore).
  • tests/stores.rs::seed_reseeded: expects seed + proof revision.

Tests: CARGO_HOME=/var/lib/mind-weksa-self/cargo-home cargo test --workspace all green (unit, integration, doctests).

Docs: AGENTS.md: CARGO_HOME requirement (CultLib git dep fails with the default home) and that weksa packet proof stores key packet:6e6962752d303031. Resolves follow-up weksa-body:follow_up:cargo-home-cultlib-dep.

No textual conflict except data/interlingua/inventory.cc (binary): regenerated as
the branch's rev 1 (61 entries) plus `weksa inventory proof` (rev 2, 7 entries).
Semantic breaks fixed: proof_packet() carries an empty Stance; `weksa lower`
re-admits the stored packet (idempotent) because validate no longer returns the
view; tests/lower.rs builds views through PacketStore::admit; seed_reseeded
expects seed plus proof revision. AGENTS.md records the CARGO_HOME requirement
and the proof packet key.
