Meta Vens 38491f8917 Daemon: admit /motion/generate through the tenancy gate, typed 503 gpu-busy ... Refuse a new job with 503 + retry-after 60 while the GPU is in use (source admission); a placement refusal from the encoder child also answers 503 (source placement).
