Huginn is the memory organ and will never own a .cc inspection surface; generic .cc inspection belongs to CultCache Studio. The fixture stays as lowering conformance material for Eve's own DSL path, so its ownerRepo is Eve and its exit criteria no longer wait on a Huginn runtime.
